Graduate Students |
UPDATE 2023: Our lab is currently full and we are no longer accepting graduate students at the moment.
Please check back on this website for further information as positions become available. Students who join the lab can expect to receive training in experimental design, computational and bioinformatic skills, and experience generating and analyzing various types of phenotypic and omic data (e.g. genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, etc.). MS and PhD students admitted to OSU's Department of Integrative Biology receive guaranteed support through Graduate Research Assistant and/or Graduate Teaching Assistant appointments. This guarantee is for two years in the case of MS students and five for PhD students. However, students are also encouraged to pursue internal and/or external funding for themselves and/or their research (e.g. Internal OSU Fellowships and the NSF GFRP). Dr. Phillips will work closely with students in the lab pursing such opportunities. |
Postdoctoral Researchers |
If you are interested in working in the lab at a postdoctoral researcher, please email Dr. Phillips directly to discuss possibilities.
